Rules for returning goods

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (you can cut the tapes used to close the package to inspect the product);
quality collected or attempted collection goods cannot be returned;
the product must be undamaged, scratched or otherwise damaged by the Buyer;
in the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product;
the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
All returned goods must be delivered to the headquarters of UAB Mavy studija at Juozapavičisu 7K Kaunas, transport must be provided by the buyer.
Money is returned only by transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.
The return of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided by Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

The warranty does not apply to goods with defects about which customers are informed.

All products sold at www.mirrorsled.com are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions of which can be found in the product descriptions. After purchasing the goods, it is necessary to carefully inspect them before assembly.
Warranty conditions:
when assembling the product, the buyer follows the instructions attached to the product;
the product was used as intended and maintained in accordance with the maintenance rules;
the warranty applies to defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer and the transportation of the goods by the seller's transport.
The buyer loses warranty service in the following cases:
the goods were damaged due to the buyer's fault;
when assembling the product, the buyer did not follow the assembly instructions attached to the product;
Please note that:
The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to parts of goods that wear naturally;
In the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product.
Please notify us of any defects you have noticed during the use of the LED mirror via the contacts listed on the website www.mmirror.eu or by e-mail at info@mmirror.eu. MirrorsLED corrects quantitative or qualitative discrepancies detected during the warranty period or replaces them with quality ones at its own expense.
In the event that after purchasing one of these goods, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return such goods to us within 24 months from the date of delivery to you. In this case, the defective product will be replaced free of charge with a quality product or the money paid will be returned to you. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved in 2001 June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217. If you notice hidden product defects during the warranty period (24 months), please take a photo of them and immediately send the photo to us by e-mail info@mmirror.eu. In this case, the product manufacturer will determine whether the product defect is covered by the warranty, i.e. whether the product defect is a factory defect. We will immediately inform you about the manufacturer's decision by means of communication specified by you.
14-day return guarantee for standard sizes
A buyer who has purchased a Product of standard dimensions from mmirror.eu has the right to return it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, counting from the day of delivery.
The 14-day return guarantee without a specified reason is not valid for products that are made according to individual dimensions.
For an undamaged and good quality product, the money paid to the Buyer is returned to the specified bank account by transfer.
Damaged or poor quality goods cannot be returned.
The buyer pays the costs of returning the product.
